What is Torrent Inspection?

When downloading torrents, users face risks such as exposure to malware and viruses, privacy concerns—including the exposure of personal data and IP addresses, encountering low-quality or fake content, and the possibility of unreliable sources leading to corrupted files.

To make sure you don't get any unpleasent surprise in a torrent file, Online Security will automatically scan for malicious magnet links and alert you accordingly. Each magnet link will be labeled as Safe or Unsafe .

The name of the malicious torrent file and its source will be documented in the Torrent Inspection section.
